Q  What if the strips are too wide?  Can I cut them?
A  You may cut the strips down to better suit the size of you mouth and it will not affect the whitening process. However, be sure not to cut off the edge of the strip with the notch, as that is your guide for proper application of the strips.  You should ensure that you hands are clean and dry when you cut the strips.

Q  Why is it important for me to start with my lower teeth first when applying the strips?
A  If you apply the strips to your upper teeth first, you are likely to increase the salivary flow in the lower region of your mouth.  This increase in salivary flow will make it more difficult to then apply the lower strip.
